Genesys
Workforce Management Consultant
Looking for an
experienced Genesys Workforce management consultant. Should possesses
following skills
- Ideal candidate must have at least
2+ years of experience in Genesys CTI components
- Experience with Genesys
Workforce management, Blue Pumpkin are preferred. Ability to produce and
analyze forecasts on a daily, intra-daily, weekly, monthly and annual
basis
- Forecasting and scheduling of
Agents, support Workforce Management in the onsite by analyzing report
data and follow up with any related issues
- Responsible for schedule
adherence at the site. Assist with training of staff on Workforce
Management policies and procedures
- Working experience in at
least one or more of these Avaya G3, Definity PBX, Nortel Meridian,
Symposium Call center components - desirable
- Two to three years experience
in Call Centers projects with IVR, Vector, VDNs, CCR
- Also, should have two or more
years programming experience in systems development and integration
using VC++ or Visual Basic 6.0 as well as experience developing test
plans, test cases and performing system/integration testing
- Must have excellent written
and verbal communication skills, and must be a team player
Qualified candidates
should possess a BS/MS or equivalent and/or relevant work experience.
