KSILinX®

The powerful business applications provided in SAP R/3 or CRM applications can now be used in a Call Center environment more effectively. The above integration is possible through our proven client-server based application called KSILinX®, which interfaces between the CTI Middleware, IVR, Telephone System and Business applications.KSILinX® 

KSILinX supports all leading CTI Middleware products such as Genesys, Avaya CTI, Aspect Portal, CISCO ICM etc. KSILinX supports interactive and batch information requests for IVR applications.

KSILinX for SAP R/3 Installation:
We have a definite niche in the SAP R/3 market place for integrating SAP R/3 in a Call Center framework.

Coupled to the requirement of building a Call Center around SAP R/3, the market is rapidly witnessing varied requirements from the SAP R/3 users to have extensible User Interfaces for both Desktop and for alternative User Interfaces. Keeping in view the above market demands, we have designed and developed our product KSILinX. This extends the standard desktop SAPGUI to include alternative User interfaces like IVR, Telephony Components, Internet, and Graphical Interfaces. KSILinX integrates directly into SAP R/3 application Server and SAPGUI.

KSILinX enables design and development of the User Interface to fully support invoking native SAP R/3 transactions directly on the desktop, which would grant the power of all the governing Business Rules to execute the transactions.

KSILinX can be deployed in Client-Server architecture with the KSILinX Server component installed over the CTI Middleware and SAP R/3 Application Server. KSILinX Client component is installed on the agent's desktop. Data Exchange between the Client and the Server takes place at the request of the Client component or the IVR.
